STM webinar on new COUNTER proposals for Code of Practice COP5 - 13 Mar 2017 The STM members-only webinar will provide an update on the new compliance requirements that have been published in draft by COUNTER. COUNTER has started the consultation rounds on its latest proposed Code of Practice, Release 5 (COP5) and welcomes feedback from all stakeholders between now and 12 April 2017. From a publishers standpoint, the currently proposed COP5 risks to significantly increase both complexity and compliance costs of customer usage reporting for STM members. As a result this may negatively impact overall industry COUNTER compliance. The COP Release 5 documentation and consultation materials are available on the COUNTER website.
