SPARC-ACRL Forum on Emerging Issues in Scholarly Communication - 12 Jan 2008 This semiannual conference held by the American Library Association (ALA), SPARC and the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) will introduce emerging issues in scholarly communication or explore paths for implementing new policies. The forum, which is open to all ALA meeting registrants, features a panel of experts who will present and discuss questions from the audience.
